I am relieved. The doctors will not die! I learned today while checking the doctors’ blog that as of 4 days ago Drs. Kamiar and Arash Alaei have been detained since June 2008 in Tehran’s Evin prison. They were sentenced to six and three years’ imprisonment respectively, for “cooperating with an enemy government.” I still will work to free them (have no doubt), but at least I won’t be worried about them dying as I try to help them. As Dr. King said, “The wheels of justice may turn slowly, but the arc (of the universe) always bends towards justice. Cripfemme is an overjoyed blogger, health educator, and person right now! Today I believe again.
